What we hold to
Every page is keyboard navigable with a visible focus ring. Text sits at 4.5:1 contrast or better against its background. Every work carries alternative text naming artist, title and medium. Nothing on the site depends on hover alone, no page auto‑plays sound, and the one moving element — the hero film — is muted and decorative. Type resizes to 200% without loss of content.
Known gaps
Two we are honest about. Older press PDFs are scans and are not machine‑readable — ask and we will send the text. And the works grid announces filter changes visually but not yet to screen readers; that is on the list for the next release. If either blocks you, email and we will send what you need in whatever form suits.
