Everyone knows the images. Far fewer know that the market for them turns almost entirely on paperwork: signed against unsigned, the Pest Control certificate, the print run, the state of the margins. Two impressions of the same screenprint can differ by a factor of five.
We deal in the editions — Girl With Balloon, Bomb Hugger, Toxic Mary, the 2003–2009 Pictures on Walls runs — and occasionally in unique works when they surface privately.
Everything we place is authenticated, and we will tell you plainly when a work on the market is not what its price implies.
